We are committed to provide high quality cloth diapers and make every effort to prevent against workmanship defect.  We provide product warranty for 60 days commencing from the date upon receipt of your item.

Free item received from us or from our retailer will not be covered by our warranty.

Noted: Perhaps you purchase the diapers now but use them later, but we strongly recommend that you should do the wash/dry cycle as frequent as possible. Once the 60 days warranty has expired, we are not able to replace them. No exception. 

Warranty covered stitching, seams, elastics as well as product components such as snaps, hook & loop closures and fabric.  Once the defect is positively confirmed. We will refund the cost of the outer shell. 

Leaking or wicking is not considered a defect. Warranty does not cover leaking, repelling, fade, stain or normal wear and tear. You may refer to the Diaper Wash and Care FAQ for how to prevent leaking.

Note: To unsnap the diaper, do not attempt to tear the fabric until the snap pop off, use your fingers to easily unsnap each snap.

You are solely responsible to understand how to care for the items you purchase. This warranty is void when washing instructions has not been followed; bleach, fabric softeners, or any other caustic substances and laundry additives has been used; and when the diapers have been subject to water or drying temperatures above 140F. Knowing that hot water wear down fabric quicker than warm or cold water. 

Please keep in mind that diapers are not indestructible.  Like any other clothing, they will eventually show signs of wear and tear and may not withstand being used and washed several times a week for extended periods of time.
