Your satisfaction is our commitment!

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order,  we will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price. Returnable items must be sent back within 14 days from the date your order is received and must be unused and unwashed, in original packaging.  Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

You must contact us with your invoice number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return. We will give you the address to ship back the items. You must include the receipt and a written list of what is included in the package. 

It takes about 3 to 5 business days to process returns after they arrive at our facility.

To exchange items, buyer is responsible to pay for the shipping cost both ways. We will not charge you the handling or restocking fee.

There will be no exchange or refund on clearance and on sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned items purchased with a "free shipping offer" will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.
