Countries we ship to are United States, Canada, please see below for the international countries we ship to. Make sure your shipping address is correct and up-to-date. We are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Shipping to United States and Canada
- How soon will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for all orders to ship from our warehouse. Due to high volume of shipment, our current process time may take up to a 3-5 business days. - When can I expect my order?
Most shipment will arrive within 3-5 business days in Canada and 7-10 business days in the US (East Coast may take longer). Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico will takes about 20-25 business days to arrive. Note: We are not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs. - Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal and an order confirmation from us. You may charge a handling fee from Paypal or your credit card company in connection with the purchased. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation from us. We will send confirmation to the email address that you make your payment. You may also refer to your paypal transaction for the tracking number.
- If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to replace.
