How to place your order?

Select the item and quantity,  then click "Add to cart". A summary of what you've added to the cart and the total price will appear on screen. You can now either continue shopping or checkout. If an item is out of stock, there is no  "add to cart" button.  Check our Product Stock Dates for the restocking date.

We offer free shipping for order over $80 to major cities in the US and Canada. Additional $5 shipping cost may apply for APO, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, Puerto Rico.

What is the difference from billing address and shipping address?

Your billing address is the one your bank use.  Your shipping address is where you want your order sent.

You might have a different shipping address in your PayPal payment, but we will ship to the shipping address you use in your website order.

Make sure the shipping address is correct and up-to-date during check out. We are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.  All packages that are return to us by carriers as undeliverable are subject to additional shipping charges to resend the item.

Why there is no "Add To Cart button" on the item I want?

If an item is available for purchase on our site, you will see a dark brown "Add to Cart" button below the item of the product detail page. 

If you do not see the "Add to Cart" box, the item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be ordered at that time. However, you may check out our Product Stock Date for the restocking date. 

Shipping and Processing Time

How soon will my order ship?

Items will be sent out from our warehouse within 24-72 hours (exclude Public Holidays and Sundays) once the payment is received or cleared.

What is UPS 3 Business Days/Canada Post Xpresspost Shipping?

You will typically receive the item by the end of the third business day.  Take into account that our processing time is 1-3 days,  the 3 Business days shipping does not apply until we place the item out for delivery. 

When can I expect my order?
Most shipment will arrive within 3-5 business days in Canada and 7-10 business days in the US (East Coast may take longer).  APO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Mexico will takes about 20-25 business days to arrive.  

Note: We are not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal and an order confirmation from us. You may be charged a handling fee by your credit card company in connection with the purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation from us. We will send confirmation to the email address that you make your payment. You may also refer to your PayPal transaction for the tracking number.

If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to replace.

What is incomplete or invalid order When you have items in my cart and proceed to check out, and received a message saying that the order is incomplete or invalid, it means some of the items in your cart might be sold out by the time you place your order. Our products selling very quickly, it might be more than one customer purchase the same item at the same time.   You should remove the item and place order again. 

How to track and monitor the shipment of my order?

After we sent you the tracking number, please allow 24-48 business hours for the shipping carrier to update their website with the current tracking informaton.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up can be arranged for you to pick up your order at our office located in Richmond, BC, Canada. We will contact you in 1-2 business days after we have your order and will send you the address and date for pick up.
